Aston Martin, the revered British ultra-luxury automaker featured in James Bond films, announced on Tuesday its entry into the UAE’s luxury branded residence market.
Dar Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, has unveiled ‘The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin’, a new beachfront residential development on the Al Marjan islands in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project, with a total Gross Development Value of Dh900 million (.£200 million), marks the first time Aston Martin’s design team has applied its skills to real estate development in the Middle East region, following the successful recent opening of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami and other high-profile design collaborations in the United States and Japan.
The Astera, located near the highly anticipated Wynn Resort, will incorporate the carmaker’s signature blend of sophisticated design and high-performance precision craftsmanship into the property’s interiors.
The waterfront property, which is expected to be completed by December 2028, has the potential to become a new Arabian Sea landmark. The development will offer expansive one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom villas, with the added benefit of a secluded private beach.
