According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 452 sales transactions worth AED1.45 billion on Monday, along with 94 mortgage deals totaling AED218.97 million and 13 gift deals totaling AED39.65 million.
More than AED 1.7 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 406 villas and apartments worth AED 840.46 million, 46 land plots worth AED 612.76 million, and mortgages of 64 villas and apartments worth AED 144.07 million and 30 land plots for AED 74.9 million.
