Master developer Nakheel Properties is leading the Dh215 million ($58.53 million) California residential project, which was launched by Samana Developers, one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate firms.
The G+P+10+Roof California is Samana Developers’ sixth project to be unveiled in H1 2023. By the end of 2023, the developer hopes to have 12 projects underway. The architecture, features, and amenities of the new property are all influenced by the vibrant way of life that California is known for. It drew buyers rapidly, and the project was 90% sold out in a matter of days.
CEO Imran Farooq said: “Samana’s new concepts and the designs inspired by the resorts and islands are picked up well by property buyers, especially from Europe and the UK who account for 50% of the investors of Samana Developers.
“In addition, other key contributors that are helping boost Dubai real estate transactions are the 10-year UAE residency, fast recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, the success of Expo 2020 and the UAE winning the hosting rights for the COP28, the United Nations Climate Change Conference.”
Samana California Project
The 2,54,000-square-foot California project has 178 apartments. There are 120 studio apartments, 76 one-bedroom apartments, 32 two-bedroom apartments, and 10 two-bedroom duplex apartments among the units.
Samana California’s amenities and characteristics are a reflection of the way of life in the US state of California. There is also a kids’ pool, a splash pad, a fully-stocked gym, a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi, a waterfall, a jogging track, a roof-top tennis court, a paddle court, an outdoor movie theater, and a barbecue area.
Al Furjan, a lively and well-liked neighborhood in Dubai, is situated between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). The neighborhood includes a shared route system and residential facilities. Residents benefit from the 40 km cycle track that connects Discovery Gardens, Garden View Villas (a community in Jebel Ali), and Al Furjan with linked bicycle lanes. Al Furjan Metro Station, one of the seven metro stations of Route 2020, is located in the Al Furjan neighborhood.
Delivery of the project is slated for December 2025.

Prices for apartments in Samana, California, begin at Dh749,000 ($203,920). According to Samana, it has an eight-year payment schedule and the adaptability of the installments makes it reasonable for first-time buyers.
Samana Developers permits and makes it easy for its purchasers to turn their apartments into vacation homes (serviced apartments) and sublet them to travelers. Additionally, Samana Developers promises 24% returns that are competitive.
At Dh11.3 billion ($3.1 billion) in the first half of the year, Dubai overtook Hong Kong and New York as the largest real estate market in the world due to the city’s strong current real estate market.
