According to Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbini, the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities plans to complete the construction of 11,549 residential units in the New Alamein city by June 2025.
The minister mentioned that until the end of June, 8,000 of these units will be delivered.
In addition, 5,000 units under the Housing for All Egyptians initiative will be completed, of which 2,000 will be delivered.
El Sherbini pointed out that the industrial zones of New Alamein City encompass 5,512 feddans in total, of which 2,400 feddans are devoted to industrial activity and the remaining 3,000 feddans to logistics and dry port.
