One of Dubai’s most prestigious residential communities, Studio City, has seen the construction of Azizi Vista, a private development led by Azizi Developments, reach 41% of its completion.
The development, which will include studio apartments as well as one- and two-bedroom homes, is expected to be finished in the first quarter of 2025.
With 23% of finishes overall at this point, Azizi Vista is progressing quickly. Blockwork is 96% complete, internal plaster is 74%, HVAC and MEP are 39% and 36% complete, respectively, and the structural work is 100% finished. The number of employees has increased to 447.
