The handover procedure for homeowners who bought villas in Phase 1 of the project has started in Sharjah Sustainable City, a totally sustainable residential community built by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in collaboration with Diamond Developers.
The news coincides with the launch of Phase 3 of Sharjah Sustainable City, with Phase 1 already fully sold out and Phase 2 rapidly approaching full unit sales.
