The developers of the building revealed on Thursday that Dubai will see the construction of its first residential clock tower, which will also be the tallest residential clock tower globally.
The project was unveiled at a ceremony to celebrate the partnership between Franck Muller, a luxury watch manufacturer in Dubai, and London Gate, the premier real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates.
Franck Muller, a global trendsetter in the watch industry for the previous thirty years, is entering the real estate market with this partnership.
At 450 meters, London Gate, the highly anticipated development in Dubai Marina, is expected to become the world’s tallest residential clock tower, residential tower with a brand, and residential tower.

The watch of the same name, designed by Franck Muller, inspired the tower’s name, Aeternitas. According to the company website, with 1,483 components and 36 complications, this is the most complicated watch in the world.

The luxurious residential development is scheduled for an official launch in January 2024, with residents anticipating a handover by 2026.
